Our retreats are designed for anyone seeking a deeper sense of rest, wellbeing, and inspiration. While most of our guests are women aged 30–60, all adults are welcome to explore their own Soulful Journey with us.


3. Are your retreats guided or independent?
Many of our packages include expert hosts, facilitators, or wellness professionals, but it depends on the destination. We offer both hosted group experiences and self-guided journeys.


4. Can I customise my retreat experience?
Absolutely. Whether you want to add extra nights, upgrade your accommodation, or include a specific healing modality, we’re happy to tailor the experience to your preferences where possible.


5. Do I need to be fit or have experience in wellness or yoga to join?
Not at all! Our retreats are for all levels and abilities. We’ll always provide options and alternatives to make sure you feel supported every step of the way.
